Welcome Aboard!

This is DevTrain’s company blog. We design and implement sofware for our clients according to their needs.

We promise to keep projects on the right track and on schedule. However, this is not an easy task, because software development is an empirical process. We meet challenges every day in our work, such as changing requirements, unstable technologies and false design solutions.

We blog about these problems and share our experiences of how we have solved them. We tell both about the positive and negative aspects of building software. We mainly use Agile methods, Lean principles and Java technologies. We are not purists, however, but think that whatever works is fine.

We will also share information about interesting events taking place in DevTrain.

And we are not really strictly limited to the software business only. We might blog about anything that recently excited, concerned or just bored us.
